On becoming the coordinating Authority for the South West Wales Regional Waste Plan, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council identified the requirements needed in order to fulfil the obligations contained in TAN 21. It was decided to prepare a Memorandum of Understanding to detail the obligations for the Regional Technical Group, the Regional Member Forum and Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council.
The attached Memorandum of Understanding has been agreed.
